The Mercury 9.9EH FourStroke has been a very reliable outboard. We've had not issues to date and we use it nearly every day in the summer time.
The outboard works great and the sales process was quick and easy. I called back to add 2 more years of the Mercury Platinum Warranty. At this point I don't think we'll ever need it, but it's nice to have just in case.
The shipping was fast and the motor is easy to install myself. I'm just finishing up breaking it in, but the Mercury 9.9EH FourStroke has been great so far.
