Mercury High Five Propellers

The Mercury High Five propeller creates massive amounts of surface area to transfer your engine's power to acceleration. The High Five performs well on heavily loaded boats engaged in watersport type activities, and with large cruisers without extra power available. The High Five also has a loyal following among freshwater fisherman who fish in rough water due to the excellent handling of the 5-blade design.

  • Hub kit is sold separately. Please see the fitment information provided to select the correct hub kit for your application.
  • Enabled with 5-hole Performance Vent System (PVS) to allow optimal hole-shot customization.
  • The improved hole shot and grip of the HighFive prop also make it a great choice for older underpowered boats or boats powered by carbureted two-stroke outboards.
  • With five blades, the HighFive prop has plenty of blade area to generate the lift and holding power needed to get heavily loaded boats on plane quickly and keep them there at the low speeds common for watersports.

The High Five propeller is the only prop I'll ever use. I got the prop because it says it works well with watersports and it has been great. It especially helps with the little kids that don't want to go as fast but I can still be on plane yet.

I have a 97 Mako 181 flats boat with a Mercury 150HP Optimax. The High Five is a great prop for my needs, bites well, good hole-shot and still gets good top end speed.

Herbert J.

The propeller runs very smooth through the whole RPM range and has exceptional acceleration. It is well worth the concession of a couple MPH on the top end.

Plug-and-play performance.

The High Five Propeller features Mercury’s patented Performance Vent System (PVS®), which uses interchangeable vent plugs in up to three holes to precisely control exhaust gas venting for an optimized hole shot. By swapping plugs in seconds—from fully closed to various vent sizes—boaters can dial in engine RPM for quicker planing under different loads and altitudes
